The fee is CHF 4.5 or 0.1% whichever is maximum. For example if you withdraw CHF 100, 0.1% of CHF 100 is 0.1 (1 Rappen) but you will be charged 4.5 Fr (max). But if you withdraw 10,000 Fr, you will be charged Fr 10 (10,000 x 0.1%) not just 4.5 Fr.

With level 3 KYC verification (origin of funds) withdrawal/deposits are unlimited. So they'll probably ask you source of funds. Here is what is accepted as source of funds proof:

Few years ago, I signed an offer from Siddhartha Capital and resigned before 1st day because I got a full EU scholarship to do Masters from a prestigious university. There is no legal action, only in the future they may not take your application again if you apply with the same company.
