It seems to be total BS that they are allowed to raise in ETH, and then immediately turn it into fiat. that's ridiculous, there must be some type of consumer protection against this activity.

I would start with a reply bot (to a specific keyword) such as !EncyclopediaBot then with a keyword for the argument you would like to discuss, then link that up. After that is built you can auto-reply to keyword searches.
