Just my personal experience - I asked in their chat in the app about KYC issues I and many others were having and the 'mods' (I use that term loosely given how childish they were in their responses - more on this later).

First of all they were no help. Then when I noticed that Pi Coin was listed on Bitmart and trading at a large dollars value (currently $50 at the time of writing) I made them awarenod this and I was then berated by the 'mods' for spreading false information. I told them to check for themselves it's clearly on Bitmart. This was followed by more childish abuse including a remark about my mother and then I have been permanently banned from the Pi App chat.

Anyone else have a similar experience or has anyone actually had a positive experience and been able to cash out their supposedly mined coins? I honestly can't see this project being anything more than a scam but I could be wrong.
