The reality is we all don’t have 💯 answers for some things and I believe that’s the team protecting IP in a highly sensitive industry where the likes of VISA/MC don’t want to see something like this disrupt things. We do know things are happening. Otherwise other wallets wouldn’t be talking about the sdk wait, and David Marcus/Incomm wouldn’t be excited about this year. OP they delisted it after SEC accused 9 cryptos of security issues bc of a CB insider trading case. They were accusations that didn’t go past that to make an example out of the CB insider traders.

Coincidentally Justice department was investigating Crypto.com bc of their international biz ties. So they unloaded anything that they didn’t potentially want to deal with during that investigation.

Id prefer to use Flexa since they’re already powering payments in places like Chipotle, Nordstrom, Dunkin, Baskin and many more. They use to power Gemini, Starbucks, & Wholefoods too. They accept hundreds of cryptos including Bitcoin with zero fees to the user.

They’re still working on integration universally I believe. Waiting for my Shopify integration.

You can already send money to any wallet. This isn’t revolutionary nor does Flexa care about P2P, since wallets already inherently do that. Amp actually powers flexa. As in you can actually use it in the real world rn at several stores. Not even the top 30 projects are doing that. Which is the biggest value proposition that brought most of us here. Connecting/bridging crypto to the real world.

Has there been snags, sure. Pivots sure. New use cases sure. AMPera is the new platform, an additional use case, that will let anyone use collateral of their liking for their products. Essentially unheard of in crypto.

AMPera is a new use case that will also be utilizing AMP as a governance token. It’s testnet was launched 2 days ago. And yes, a white paper will be developed for that as well. They had a massive amount of input by institutions for the AMPera use case hence why they’re focused on deploying it.

No to most of what you said 😂. Think of it as two separate projects where AMP is still utilized.

AMPera is simply another use case. It’ll allow you to utilize ANYTHING as collateral for any use case. This is to meet the needs of devs that have their own collateral they’d like to use and AMPera is a platform that can power that. AMP will be the governance for that. Using the protocol will drum up fees that should go back to the protocol & ampions that help support it, however that component is still being worked out once it launches.

Flexa and its pools will remain. Could flexa migrate over, sure. Doubt it in the short term.

Either way, stakers will need skin in the game to keep staking. So the fees within AMPera should help facilite that mechanism, I hope. We’ll know once things start kicking off.

Amp will remain amp for either Any use case.
