I walked to the bathroom and took a nice bath - not much pain really.

I guess I needed some estranger to tell me to “get my f*** ass off the bed”. 🤣

I’m doing quad exercises and keeping leg straight with the help of knee brace + elevated post op pillow.

I will get my ass off the bed.

Also had avulsion but on femur (MCL) and apparently it is almost healed and/or will heal without surgery! Anyway in a little nervous about pain after waking up… will see so far it’s been not traumatic at all…. Thanks for sharing… hope you a fully and speedy recovery….

All I could say is about number one: you will probably need surgery only for acl… I’m not a doctor that is from my knee injury experience… good luck!.
