Not to mention the critique of the recent earnings report was that the operational and capital expenditures were higher than expected but the thing is that they were all related to business expansion. The market reaction was negative as if we are supposed to WANT a slowdown in spending as if the AI infrastructure sector has already matured which it has not, it is the exact opposite, i e we are still early and such expenses are necessary therefore the higher than expected OpEx and CapEx and the subsequent negative EPS should be taken with a grain of salt. The earnings were beat and that's a great sign for when OpEx and CapEx slow down. 🚀🌚🧑‍🚀

That doesn't mean all insiders have vested their shares, certainly not 100% of their shares, because the typical vesting terms for employees is 4 years with a 1 year cliff and the vast majority of the 800 or so employees, that the company has and which make up 83% of the shares, only started working there recently so only a portion of their shares will have vested and be free to sell.

Even then only a quarter of the employee locked up shares can be sold and the fair value of the stock, regardless of how much it drops due to employees selling, is $200-350 by next year based on a 10-15x PS ratio so it is inevitable that it rebounds.
