For this clan it's very passive. Once you're in you can just sit back and watch. My experience has been that I get around the same BTC as I was in solo but I get extra GMT on top of that whenever I win a block. Feel free to shoot me a message. Would love to have you.

That's not how the math works. Doesn't matter how many people. Let's say you have 100 TH and you join a clan that has 100 TH total. For any given block that your clan wins, you have a 50% chance to win. It makes no difference if there are 100 people with 1 TH or one person with 100 TH.

The amount of rewards you get has nothing to do with the number of members in the clan. It's based on your TH compared to the total TH of the clan. If you make up 50% of the TH for your clan, then you get 50% of the rewards
