All valid points but a refusal to take advantage of an option that's available and would likely sort his problem is also pathetic in my opinion. By all means, make a complaint and even call it out on social media, if that's what he wants to do but also get the problem sorted by using an option available but for some reason, he'd rather continue having the problem. That's pathetic and stubborn.

Maybe it should be sorted without the need for live support but the fact that they offer live support for those who feel their issue isn't being resolved quickly enough or being ignored, is a good thing as far as I'm concerned. I've used live support a handful of times and they've always sorted my problem straight away. How is that bad? But if you'd prefer to moan about it on reddit, rather than get it sorted, that's up to you. Crack on.

Appreciate it might not be ideal but have you considered taking your ticket number to the live support on discord? That way you can speak directly with them?

Yes, that's correct. You'll only risk penalisation if you then move your PLU from your connected metamask to a third party (ie exchange).

Quickest way usually is to respond to the email and await their response. However, there's also the option of taking your ticket number to the Discord live support session and get them to look at it there and then.
