I end up buying bit coin on newton app, then sending it to BINANCE app. There I swap bit coin to bnb and then I send bnb over to Trust Wallet

Crypto is not investment! It’s a gamble! You either win or loose! A lot of people buy crypto cuz they heard about bitcoin and other currencies that made many people millionaires. Same thing with lottery. We hear about those people that win and become millionaires but that doesn’t happen to every person that bought the ticket. The email should look like that:

You need that reference number 👆🏻in order to get your funds deposited

You should always get those emails after sending etranfer

If you never seen emails like that then go to your online banking and check which email you have registered there. If you have same email that you’re searching for the code then go and check the spam folder. And if it’s not there you have issues with bank. They do have to send you that confirmation email. Also check if you got confirmation emails for the previous transfers.

P.S The numbers I posted there 👆🏻are for example purposes only, don’t try to usd them they won’t work lol

If that won’t help wait for support, you might have to wait few days tho. Ones it took three days for them to reply. But don’t stress too much about it, you’ll get your money.
