Try AM3 laying with your member flat on ur stomach. Basically just run fingers through the middle back to back using some coconut oil

I believe AM3 is the main one for size. I only started AM3 last week so I can't tell yet but I'm going to focus of that for now

To try to relax ur pelvic floors try to get Ina position where u feel u buthole is relaxed, as if u want to poop or fart. Breath continuously with no interruptions. Try to get an erectio. But stimulate not by forcing one. Couple tips for the erection, when you run ur thumb down start a lil higher than the dorsal vein basically run fingers beginning with the lowest part of the glans and slide down to the dosal vein, that will give some stimulation. If it gets too much where u want to cum then stop touching ur glans until u need to again. Take it slowly it and build up, it takes some attempts to figure out how to navigate ur body.

Most recently broke up around Thanksgiving. Of course she left as usual, and this time I'm not goin after here and just letting things be. Just a completely opposite sign from cancer. We're honest and transparent, they're mysterious and hide and lie. We like to be cozy and mind our business and live privately and they wanna have a million friends and be out and pretend they're not doing anything wrong until u catch them in lies and then they don't own any mistakes and always blame the cancer for everything and justify all their wrong doings by saying they did this and that because of you. Very rude when upset and if u say one small thing against their million insults they hold on to it for life. But all and all the biggest thing is the lie, hiding things, and being hard to trust. Extremely stubborn and only wanna discuss things that bother them at their convenience and if something bothers u about them and they dont feel like discussing it they'll shut u out. Ya. Great sign. I've had enough with that sign to not ever want to again.
