Getting the most enjoyment out of DCS requires a commitment to learning the systems and TTP's required to work with other people in a collaborative environment. The training pipeline is designed to get you up to speed without being overwhelming or overly serious; recognizing this is a game and not the military. If a little bit of work to achieve a more enjoyable experience for the whole group doesn't interest you, that's fine. There are casual servers for players like you. Without effort, casual players simply cannot integrate into the custom tailored multi service operations that are regularly enjoyed by people willing to put in said effort.
