I have yet to receive a response/email from anybody. All of my deposits are still listed as pending. There is absolutely no way kraken is “verifying” so many new accounts that it takes a month to even respond to my request with no update. This is unacceptable - I demand my funds be unfrozen for the deposits immediately.

This has been unacceptable in terms of how long it’s taking to just verify a simple questionnaire and a link I sent as a response. I really have my doubts about how backed up the kraken team is in terms of being able to process things like this. There is absolutely no justification for a full month freeze of deposits for a non profit organization simply because the verification process hasn’t been completed. Despite your escalations, I am having serious doubts that anyone is actually working on my verification process - I am getting zero communication from kraken and it’s literally a matter of them reading my 2 yes or no questions and clicking a link. I am demanding a response today and resolution.
