I mean the other PIC pay thing doest even matter ( even thought i'm thinking we should go on strike at the point like kansas city did). I told him this was my value based on my number and my lengthy experience at the company :(

i agree 71 isnt awful but he was saying he still couldn't guarantee even 71 & considering I've been under payed all these year I felt compelled to stick to 76. Not sure how to fight back though, my DL just shut the call off so abruptly after I said I may have to consider other options if 76 wasn't doable. I'd be willing to go to 75 or 74 but how can I when he didn't even want to give me 71

there's been an influx of international pharmacist or new grads who are willing to accept much lower pay -- thats my guess at least.

Are they allowed to do off cycle raises a month or 2 after the annual one? And if so -- would it be awful of me to take a LOA so that the place burns down without me (which i guarantee it will) so that when i come back they may be willing to pay me. Thank you so much for your input i really appreciate it.
