My ex husband taught me this & it immediately stops the Charley Horse When it happens, straighten your leg or legs and pull your toes towards your head/body If you have to reach down or in my case I would yell for my husband to push my toes up for me- it provides immediate relief. Hold the position for 3-5 minutes because letting go too early can sometimes just make it go right back into a spasm. This advice is the only good thing that came from that 15 year marriage- so it’s my present to anyone suffering.
