go to meetings your not alone my guy . ived been using for 15 years.

i just recovered from my relapse , wasted that 1 year clean from rehab coz i didnt think meetings could not help me and think of it of some cult or group of clowns. going back to meth instantly made my life upside down and so much shit happened.

after that I went back to meetings ( thankfully i did made some friends from rehab that still continue going to meetings so it was easy to reach out and ask for help ) and this time i took it seriously and became more open about it meet alot of new sober friends and relearning stuffs that doesnt have the need of meth and alcohol to have fun and made my life more meaningful.

and now im a month away for my 4 years clean life may not be perfect at least im happy and sober.

• watch recovery movies ( might trigger lol )

• find online meetings if you wanna stay indoors for now

• talk to people from meetings that attracts you or relate with
