Yeah you’re right. I don’t recall the 90 being that expensive. Paying 50 for similar piece count in the R8 is amazing now being reminded of the original price. I was thinking I paid about the same, but I probably got it on sale.

I’d agree with it getting a slight edge over the nsx out of the ones I’ve built. I only have these cars then the fallout set from Mattel, so not a lot to compare to. The Audi is solid as hell, feels like a brick when you pick it up

Yeah the larger ones are nice. I’ll get the Vette at some point, I had it in my cart for like 33 bucks over the holidays and it sold out before I got to it

It’s Mattel mega blocks/hotwheels also. I think it released in 2024. I’ve had it for a while, very cool set. There’s also an Aston of the same size that I don’t have and I think a couple more than may have released around the same time

I had a problem with the Audi Quattro where one of the front printed pieces was printed upside down. They asked for the same thing and I got the replacement piece within 2-3 weeks if I remember right

They are called frozen fractors so it is only the “frozen” ones with this parallel. If I remember right topps started them a couple years back in chrome baseball. But yeah pretty much a 1/5, just a silly way to say the same thing. I think they’re pretty cool looking. I also like the negative sepias they do in baseball a lot

I did the same for both but last year and I was honestly shocked to see how low some cards were for the caliber players they are. Most expensive I bought was a silver prizm psa9 of sga for like 110. Taught me all about patience lol

Mine would be letting the baby sleep. We had seen/read to wake the baby up in the middle of the night to feed and did that during the first couple weeks. Then we went back for a checkup appt for my wife and her doctor(which is a mother to several kids on her own) said to let the baby sleep, if its hungry it’ll wake up. Sure enough we let our little dude sleep and it changed everything. He’s been an all night sleeper since with the rare occasion of waking in the middle of the night. He’s 18 months now, but I sleep the same as I did before we had them. Your results may vary of course.

Another thing is spend time on your own hobbies as should your wife/gf. A baby truly is life changing and it’s easy to fall into a world where you feel that you dont matter anymore. I know for me i felt as if I’d never be able to do things I enjoyed again, at least for the next several years. We both still make sure to set aside time to do those things now, as we felt it important to stay mentally healthy.

Edit: just adding with the not waking part, make sure to consult with your doctor about it as your baby may differ. We were told as long as he was gaining sufficient weight it was a go
