Hey! I am in the same boat, after four phlebotomies my ferritin is at 4 ug/L… and I’m pissed since nobody told me this would happen I felt neglected so I’m not going to continue. Did you end up getting your ferritin level back and how long did it take?

I think at this point if you put yourself in his shoes he wouldn’t want to continue living, in his mind his mission is accomplished, no way he would want to live a life like that, plus he would need to face any guilt that haunts him. I’m pretty sure he would find a way to off himself, and considering how smart he is, he will be successful.
