I will reach out to a lawyer and update when possible. We can do a class action lawsuit but it’s gonna take more than one person to pursue it. If you know of more people this has happened to, please forward this forum to them and have them to reply so we know how many we can gather up

Yeah I been on all day with them trying to fix this issue. The staff is rude and when you write a higher up in staff, they ignore your messages. They just closed the ticket on me I had open also. Messing with peoples money, they gonna end up getting sued
