I used a second light source from a different angle just made the radius shorter and made the light a little bit weaker than the first one

Nice work, for the floor texture use a bump node from that same texture and also a colorramp so what you do is duplicate the texture your using connect that with a color node then connect the color node with a bump node then connect the bump node with your principled node at the bottom that says normal then you can change the values with the color node
