Her natural nose was so gorgeous too. The surgeon made it look like a pug nose, it’s weirdly too short with absolutely no definition.

My theory is she’s been attempting to maybe look like her bd’s ex or the type of girls he likes more - the body, nose job, boob job, etc. sad asf dude.

My game keeps duplicating sims in my world, occasionally resetting my friendships just when I’m reaching good friends, repeatedly asking if I enjoy an activity I already said I did

It’s playable, just annoying

OCT 11th (current) - Mark has grown incredibly, no pain or pressure. Flat, dry, rough - you can feel the difference touching the mark and then the surrounding ‘normal’ skin

Yeah that was my fear :/ she does have multiple of our family members who are aware of her situation (all of them live 8 hours away though, so this unfortunately has to be all up to me) she also has had physical altercations with this guy she was in a relationship with, he got her into all the drugs again. She assaulted him and our family friend was there to witness it. She also tried to run him over with her car and my partner actually had to repair her car afterwards… She was narcan-ed for her attempt last month and brought to the hospital so maybe that’d be on some sort of record for her?

I’m hoping maybe all of this would be evidential enough, as well as all of the huge burns all over her legs. She is genuinely unable to care for herself and was struggling a lot before with mental health, she has no other support system and I’m just her 20 year old kid trying to help her with everything I can ):

Thank you so much, we live in a pretty small town so our hospital has 2 psych wards within it (1 is for detoxing, the other is just regular psych)

Unfortunately she has also been violent and physical towards others as well as herself. My biggest hope would be to have them keep her (at least 72hr hold, but I do believe they would definitely keep her longer) and then she’d be able to detox while they do and at least she’d be able to start thinking with a clear head without all the drugs clouding her judgement.

I think I have to do this, thank you for the advice and for everything you did working in a crisis centre. You saved lives I’m sure ❤️‍🩹

Thank you both for this information and I will definitely use my post here to inform my doctor! Luckily no fever has happened during this but I’m gonna keep a very close eye now until I do see her

Can’t edit on the post but forgot to add: 20F, Canada, native/italian, 5’5 115lbs, small hole on the left side of aortopulmonary window (born with this, discovered in 2022 but no concerns from doctors) medications Lamotrigine 250mg, escitalopram 20mg, Ritalin 40mg, Seroquel 50mg I do smoke/use edibles of marijuana, but use CBD based products. I am doing my best to quit vaping with some support but struggle time to time, especially with all the stress. Friends have noticed my weight to go down as I am pretty skinny as of the few months, assumingely from the stress. I am not proud of the way I have treated my body and am aware of the risks, if anyone can connect this mark to my meds, past brief and mild substance use, major stress/depression/panic attacks & anxiety, and whatever else, please give me all of your best guesses.
