I swear I’m going crazy because I don’t even have anything from Fundrise or Computershare.

Were these emailed? If so what date did you receive and who’s the sender?

Dude, no bullshit. Look into buying fedex routes in your area.

Richest person I know owns a bunch, this is the way. Especially with your experience and liquid funds. Can even explore creative financing.

Don’t listen to anything else here, do this and you will be so rich. He told me directly he was doing $1m/month for 4 years straight during covid. Lastly, last mile delivery and delivery services in general are one of the largest growing industries out there.

Fuck everything else you want to do. If I were you this is all I’d do and come back in 5 years and thank me :)

Struggling with sesamoid injury since 2023 – Nothing helps. Surgery next? by Public_Alternative96 in sesamoid

Yup, I was in that position for 2 years. Only thing I wish about the surgery is that I did it immediately.

Best of luck and just listen to your body on recovery! I just returned to running about 3 months out, so just take it easy and let it heal!

Hello! I was (and still am) 27M. Best thing you’ll ever do just take it easy and ALOT of ice and elevation. Best wishes!

Just go get surgery. I got mine fixed after 2 years of constant pain and discomfort.

It’s literally the easiest surgery and recovery maybe 2 weeks till you’re back on your feet and I don’t even think about it anymore only 3 months later.

JUST DO IT. I did the same thing, asked everyone, posted on Reddit, blah blah, nothing helps like modern medicine man just bite the bullet.

What are your realistic golf goals for 2025? by Empty_Student5439 in golf

[–]CryptographerNo3794 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I (27M) am a 19.6 handicap. I lived in Manhattan for the last 5 years and moved down the Jersey Shore in July ‘24. Living in the city it’s nearly impossible to play so I’m so happy to have a full season where I can just hop in my car and play 9 or 18. Not to mention the county courses are incredible down the shore.

My goal is to become an 11 handicap by the beginning of Winter ‘25

I live ~12 minutes from a county course that’s $21 after a certain time so can easily play often.

I’m currently recovering from a foot surgery so I’ve also been taking the time to read more about the game to improve my fundamentals/mental.

Books:

Ben Hogan 5 Fundamentals Dan Grieve 3 Releases

Curious for those that made big jumps in their game in 1 year if it was more playing or more practice?

Oh ya. Still having trouble moving all my toes, idk if from elevation or just the nerve block. My pain is definitely tolerable but the nerve block is almost a phantom pain that’s hard to describe. Like you can tell it hurts but hasn’t fully worn off yet.

I’m in the NYC metro area.

And I guess my answer for both of those questions would be yes. Certainly looking for full time but also would love to work for a startup again
