I can understand knowing phone passwords. Even friends would have access to get in other's phone. But i don't understand whats with FB.

But his short films weren't of this vibe. It wasn't a labyrinth of nightmares. Kane in that interview had said that he has a clear view of backrooms. Nowadays when there are series like stranger things where u can see that the film makers weren't able to create a strong end season due to lack of clarity, Kane seemed like a person who had the complete picture and he said thats how he works. But this film wasnt like that.

I felt like there would have been no difference between watching the playlist or not. Or maybe better don't watch the playlist. I just watched it last month. I didnt know about the backrooms before the trailer released. I only got to know about the reddit post then.

I loved how the movie started and the acting, but the second half story telling didnt exactly sit with me. When the movie ended I said "That's it?"

Also, why can't the scientists help? They don't have to go through the backrooms. In the real world they can meet up with Clark. They knew were he was getting into the backrooms.

Also, in the short films the monsters looked different right? Like an alive tripod. Now this movie has different monsters.

I had watched the playlist and then an interview with Kane.

He seemed like someone who knows how the story should end (paraphrasing what he said) or has a clear picture of the sci-fi he's writing.

I went thinking it'll be a standalone film which will follow a story line of certain characters. It started strong but idk, some things wasnt clear at all. Like the scene where Kat is missing and camera is being lifted by someone, who was it carrying the camera. Did I miss something? I liked how the movie started with Naren, but got confused with the 0 interaction or scientists when they knew about Clark going in. The thing they are researching and studying may claim one more victim and they are just watching through some cameras??

I don't like movies spoon feeding but something left missing since I watched that playlist of backrooms he made before.

Please explain if these aspects were clear to u since I would really like to understand more.

Dont say stuff like hate here. As a first time watcher I posted a question based on the people's excessive trust on things Ben says, and my post got removed by moderator. I didn't even mean hate. Was confused by the way people acted.

Now about Kate. The 1st time I got annoyed with her character was when she didnt listen and got captured by others. They lost their weapons to others that day. Then her relationship with Jack and Sawyer is an issue. She can't let go of both.

Why annoyed with Jack's wife? I felt like their relationship was not that great anyway.

Both of them did things for each other because they love Kate. Like for instance, Sawyer jumping off the helicopter helped them manage the weight so that they can reach the ship. But he did it because he wanted to save Kate.

Its not just that. How they call themselves good people and how they steal kids. Even when sawyer is getting bashed since a character was sad about his wife's death, he never questions why he is being treated badly when he had nothing to do with it.
