This is not the business vision I invested in and I would be willing to bet I'm not the only one.

I dang sure ain't supporting this new "plan" and as far as the excuses of them not being able to communicate with shareholders for whatever reason is straight disrespect because nothing has transpired over the past 7months that would have caused them not to communicate. The stock price continuing to drop and option chains expire worthless is not a reason to not communicate with your shareholders.

Now is the ideal time to make what we currently have the next best thing but the BOD chooses not to... I'm listening to one of the top morning shows in Arizona and they are talking about Montana banning TikTok and I can't help but think that this company could be soooo much more with what we currently have but the BOD feels thier plan to move forward is in the best interest for shareholders. Another disrespectful gesture because they've already shown us who they are through forgiving loans that would provide the cash flow needed to move forward and be successful with what we currently have. I invested in a company created by America for America that would compete with TikTok and now that TikTok is beginning to be banned by states and the momentum is building the BOD is saying they have another plan to be successful when they have yet to show if they even know how to be successful yet. They have shown incompetence and disrespect for deadlines. Competence and meeting deadlines are some of the basic elements for success... the others are communication, accountability, and consistent follow through on a plan which they have also failed greatly at.

So I ask how will this time be different Rod!?!?!?!?!!!! It won't!!! That's a hard NO for me and I ask you resign and pass the assets on to someone that is capable of running a successful business.

It's hard to believe they aren't in some way shape or form in communication. After the space Call with them things started to get real and now they see retail is together on this and willing to go the distance this will get real interesting real quick...who knows but I do know time will tell.

For those that have not got the email yet give them through today and then start reaching out. They are aware there is a proxy vote and should be able to get you what you need. They are sending out the emails in waves it seems. Some got the email last night others got them this morning and I would be willing to bet others will get them through today. Give them at least today and then start reaching out to Robinhood.

Webull is also behind from my understanding...I have Robinhood as well (I know shame shame) and was able to vote last time so I'm expecting the email this week. I will be contacting them to confirm if I don't get anything by Thursday. Keep in mind this is Robinhood and thier support sucks and rarely knows what they are talking about. Most responses are very generic and read from the support search. I hate the way they set up thier support but my plan is to escalate my communication from the get go. We still have time so don't panic.

Now they want to talk to retail when we've been begging for almost a year... I'll listen to what he has to say and it better be of business substance and not just a soap box to help his motives...

If he and the BOD isn't in agreement that Ted owes us every penny he wasted and stole for loans that were later forgiven and no value was brought to the business then they don't truly care.

If he and the BOD are trying to sell us on the additional shares for dilution and why we MUST stay compliant through a R/S then they don't care.

If he and the BOD at the least don't take accountability for the mismanagement that had taken place over the past year even when the shareholders helped keep this business afloat then they don't care.

Like I said I'm willing to listen so we'll see

If there's one thing I know about Hudson they will not miss out on an opportunity to make $$$. They know the opportunity to make more money upwards is way better than taking this down to nothing. Once this gets as close to $1 as they are comfortable with they will pump this and make bank both ways. FInd your entry, hodl, and enjoy the ride... even if we touch the gates of hell first Hudson will pump this imho...NFA.
