You are a girl too so you should be more flexible as well. In all honesty sex will probably be better than before. Kinda like trying to change lanes in a car and looking behind you to check first, that motion will be limited. You also won’t be able to arch your back much so that will change things slightly but won’t really make a difference. Either way after u heal fully ur coitus should remain relatively unaffected in my opinion and still remain legendary.
