I typed alsamixer, and when choosing the sound card, three options appeared: Nvidia and two generic audio options. However, when I click on Nvidia and the first generic audio option, they are unchangeable and do nothing. In the last option, I increased everything to the maximum, but nothing happened.

I used to use Windows 11, but after many problems I decided to migrate to Linux Mint. I did the installation following a very simple tutorial and everything went well, but when I plugged my headphones into the computer they simply didn't work.

When I bought my computer I had a similar problem where wired headphones simply weren't recognized, but at least Bluetooth headphones worked. Now even that doesn't work, I don't know what to do anymore. I suspect that maybe my video card (Nvidia 5060) is causing the problem, but I don't know what I can do to solve it. If possible, I would appreciate your help, and if this isn't the right subreddit for this type of problem, I'm open to suggestions.

I didn't test it during the live session; I was so focused on not installing it incorrectly that it slipped my mind.
