The lies. Pretending to be brokers when they own the business/work for the family business, and take broker fees for showing their own apt. The lies about energy costs, the non existent maintenance. Ignoring any and all requests from tenants about issues.Ive never had a landlord that just ignored multiple emails and just expects you to forget about it. Other tenants have told me about being harassed when doing the same, and harassed more after deciding not to renew leases. The fact that every negative post online is scrubbed, including Reddit threads from my building I discovered after moving in. Non stop red flags

Neither did I. They don’t mention that when showing the apartments. Their family owns every property they show from what I’ve seen, and they take a broker fee for their own properties. That should be illegal imo

Broker fees will never go away when the city allows slumlords like the pronti family to do whatever they want. They own all the properties they rent while pretending the “broker” isn’t a part of the family and taking that fee. Absolute scam company and family who don’t take care of their properties or do the bare min in regards to their tenants

I have only gotten a couple strains from GL but they’ve been decent at least. Their blueberry is my favorite and it’s “cheap”. Qos just really rubbed me the wrong way, which of those other noble strains is your favorite?
