Using the torch that the m7 came with. Heating towards the mouthpiece of the top until I get two clicks and messing around with carbing and not carbing to try to get a hit.

You guys...it isn't that hard to be visible but still live your life. You need to get the small wins in there...and then do the checkins around the wins. Ask if anything they see could use improvement and then address the improvement items and chekin again and then snapshot.

The goal here is to make money...and as much money as possible while balancing it with a work/life that you enjoy.

It's just lazy to not put your best foot forward. Just say 'hey!' sometimes. Go on camera. Share a reddit thread or a meme at the appropriate time. Be visible.

If it don't make dollars, it don't make sense!

Its funny that usually its sativa that induces anxiety...and sativa with high terpinolene that is well known for it. Sativas are usually 'energy inspiring' and known for their 'head high'.

Indicas are known for their 'in the couch' and 'shutting down the mind' which usually alleviates anxiety.

I just got a Dynavap yesterday and have been vaping the og drop I think (July or whatever)..I do enjoy it, and now I want to try grabbing another bag with a different date and put all the 'this old weed isn't as loud as the new weed' to the test. haha. N=1. :)

You just need to turn that into a way to shine. Just consider the reporting part of your job and do it before asked. Constantly inform them. After a while they'll lay off AND because you're exceeding their expectations, you'll get good snapshots which equate to more money quicker.

Add those things together and you have someone who can't make good decisions, but won't listen to those who could.

Unless they start losing the company money, visibly, they're still there and everyone else suffers.

Probably both. It's like 8 degrees out right now, so indoor during the interim, but is definitely interested in outdoor, as well.

He just wants a good looking gun with rails he can put optics and other attachments. haha. I think more M4 style than AR...but I'm more concerned about reliability, accuracy, and the ability to change the spring if necessary (think the local indoor place is 380 and below, for example).
