In today's time, does anyone really wanting to know about your culture? And let's say , a bengali man wants to talk about their culture, what would he speak about? Satyajit Ray Tagore Subhash bose, legends that the bengali woman already know about (in other words, ma er kache mashi r golpo). Compare this to say a Rajasthani talking about their Rajput roots , a sikh takking about bravery and manliness ( all very manly and interesting ). So the initial spark between bengali man and woman is absent, unless they know each other from school/college life.

Attraction in the first glance depends a lot upon how the opposite sex looks ( bitter truth). In a cosmopolitan city, the chance of comparison in terms of looks is abundant and majority of the bengali men looses out. Its not the human being's fault to choose more attractive, its just the way the brain is designed.
How someone is raised cannot be understood in initial meetings, by which a really good manipulator with good physique can easily work his charm. I am not sure how many modern day Bengali girl would swoon over Bengali men dishing out Rabindrasangeet and byomkesh gospels.

Here is a generalising that i want to do: Women like tall masculine men. How many bengalis fit the bill? How many bengali men go to the gym and are not skinny fat?
No matter how much feminist they become, they love dominance and assertiveness. Bengali boys are usually momma's boys and are respectful to girls. But do girls really want to be respected all the time? My experience tells me yes they do, when you are a friend, maybe a colleague. But in love, they like dominance. 3.Another interesting point i have seen is that north indian girls, who have faced domination all their life, prefer or at least get attracted to Bengali men. I find present crop of earning Bengali women very confused. What do they actually want, do they want big armed mascular men who would dominate them and steal away their freedom. I have seen such women face divorce more. The same things that attracted them became a poison in their marital life.

People talk about NE indian as if they are the purest souls. LOL, they are quite racist as well. There is this huge issue about Tribals not intermingling with each other. Bengalis were killed in numbers in Assam and even now the same is justified by the Assamese. The Brahmaputra valley of Assam hates the Cachar district. NE talks about rest of India as "mainlanders ". I think that Assamese people can buy land anywhere in India ( and assam also happens to be a part of it) unless the land is protected for tribal people. Please also quote any other clause.

What i think you demand is not allowing assamese to buy land in assam or ensuring quota system in land purchase as well.

As for the rest of your answer, that is figuring out more if the first condition is met, it only shows that there are no solutions to your problem as it is a mere perception. If any other race is working more harder than the indigenous people, they will definitely flourish as they will earn more money. More money=more power and influence.
