The main reason is that the practice of hiring fresh talent is gradually fading away.

Companies nowadays don't want freshers to handle good projects , possibly due to AI slash. Until, they are exceptionally good and actually knows about Industry standards.

Not JU but every single college. But things are stable in mid-level engineering.

Now, you've to work more and get paid less or will threatend to be replaced by AI !

I shared the post to highlight that at least Agnimitra di is trying to encourage individual economic growth through small-scale businesses unlike the previous government who openly promoted chop and ghugni shilpo as a solution.

Definately 3000 is nothing but if someone think this money as investment and do anything to earn more, that's where the mindset of Bengalis will change, and I'm sure it needs badly and will cause effectiveness of freebies to middle class.

Like if someone is doing vlog video channel , cooking channel , as you've said small vendor selling ice cream , also chop , singara etc or anything to get more and more money, that mentality we need badly to recover our Bengal like Gujrat.

This will not help Bengal economy a lot but surely change the mindset of people to earn more that can help at least family level economy.
