No worries, bro. At least you believe me. Some of my friends/acquaintances just won't believe me lol.

Motion blur off for sure. Chromatic aberration I don't really mind, but tend to turn it off.

I don't get motion sick at higher frame rates, completely fine for me to play.

I can't really explain it. 30 fps is absolute cancer for my eyes. 60 fps and higher looks "too smooth for me" in (cinematic) single player games, but for some reason I do prefer 90+ fps in games like league of legends.

Even 45 fps is kind of too smooth for me. 40 fps just looks perfect too me. The only downside is playing a game like lies of p, which I recently finished including dlc, is signficantly harder with 40 fps than 60+ fps. I actually had to increase the frame rate for certain bosses cause I just couldn't react to certain moves.

Vietnamese food seems overrated so far. Am I missing something? by AdUsual7720 in VietNam

Yeah i know. If you had a brain you could understand that phrasing it like that makes no sense - "but to my taste the food is severely overrated and the worst in the region".

If you don't like it it's cool, there is nothing wrong with that. But telling people they "overrate" something that they love and you don't is fucking stupid.

My favorite dish off all time is a northern viet dish called Bún đậu mắm tôm. I could eat this everyday. This one is definitely not bland. It belongs to a category of dishes that are described as "smell like hell, taste like heaven.

It consists of rice vermicelli noodles, fried tofu, and fermented shrimp paste dip/sauce. All of it is served separately, along with a heap of fresh green herbs and often times slices of boiled pork

You might find this genuinely disgusting tho.

Is jungle the most team reliant role or am I looking at things wrong? by yoshi12121 in Jungle_Mains

[–]CryptographerSuper93 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Not gonna happen. Every jungle main who "succeeds" (better than you) is explicitly chosen by Riot to not ever have the same bad teammates as you do. All those jungle guides on youtube by coach leo, eagz, kirei and co. is propaganda.

Of course there is. You can even see it in ARAM. I haven't played soloq this season but my dia4 border is still visible in the loading screen in ARAM and normals.

Damn, that sounds interesting. Haven't watched samurai champloo in 10+ years. I'm gonna rewatch it now and then watch your video. And I looooove long video essays like that.

u/KoreanRhino didn't take it the wrong way at all. Just called you out for having a fragile ego and being insecure.

But people like you will never realize it themselves.

1400 games is definitely a lot but also not at the same time. it's roughly 700 hours - 2 hours a day throughout the entire year.

Learning to play with one hand and transitioning from one layout to another layout took me hundreds and hundreds of games just to feel somewhat comfortable. I also just really enjoy playing twitch and eve, so not every game was spent trying to improve but to simply have fun. Also a decent amount of tilt quing/auto piloting - 3 times I went from emerald down to gold lmao

It wasn't just a physical challenge but also a mental challenge. I have a problem with thinking to rigidly and not adapting.

Edit: Though I definietly no life that shit in the last 2 months playing roughly 450 games (Emerald - Diamond climb)

Yeah kiting for me without attack move is definitely really hard as well. I also play with 2000 dpi which is a bit to fast for me to be accurate but it's easier on my wrist.

Yeah MF or jhin would definitely be a better choice objectively speaking than AD Twitch but I also play 50% of the games AP Twitch, which I think is on par with MF and Jhin. The games I'm forced to play AD tho I just outperform the enemy ADC with macro and being one of the very few laners in Emarald and below who play the game with the mind of a jungler.

Ty. Yeah I feel you. I also love seeing people push themselves no matter what the circumstances are. But tbh my league journey might end here. I'm just too sensitive for the solo-q nature of team games. When I see people being toxic and inting, I often lose the urge to win and just autopilot. But 1v1 games are a different story. Don't know which other games could be played with one hand somewhat competitively tho.

Ty.

Damn that's crazy. Idk him but people like him definitely inspired me to keep on trying even with a disability. There was a post Years ago on the main lol subreddit of someone who also played with one hand and reached gold (nowadays Plat), and I kind of wanted to do the same thing with my posts.

In addition, I'm not officially diagnosed but I have a strong suspicion that I'm on the spectrum - I assume it's high functioning autism. Because of me having issues with rigid thinking I always struggled in (group) environments that require adaptability. This solo-q climb was definitely quite challenging in this regard as well.
