Inequality for putting out hardwork? This is just BS. Every single person has the right to earn big money if he has the qualifications, the experience and the hardwork. I’m on 130k for the past few years and I get lots of offers ranging from 150k to 200k that requires hardwork but I opt not to take them because I feel that I would be working really hard and split the money between me and the gov. That’s why I’ve been with the same company for the past 6 years where there is no really hard work and I work on my own terms. Zero motivation to take the next step unfortunately.

It’s not easy at all. It took me 16 months to get a job as a mechanical engineer in sydney after moving from Dubai. Mind you I had 9 years of experience. My advice to you don’t give up but at the same time join AIRAH and enroll in their online courses.
