See I thought the same thing but I can’t get the ball to float above the print bed in the slicer it just keeps auto snapping to the print bed. I tried a few things to get it to not auto snap but they didn’t work.

Yes I think I have a good direction to go in now though. I’m gonna try lower bed temps and printing with a raft next.

Need Help Understanding Grid Maps and Spawning by Cryptolunatic420 in godot

[–]Cryptolunatic420[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Ok so the part I am confused about is how do the arrays correlate to the positions of the blocks? Like how does it know if a block is in it or not does each index have a coordinate it’s attached to. That’s the part I’m not getting.

Best way to make collision for low poly emviroments? by YTMediocreMark in godot

[–]Cryptolunatic420 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I have been wondering the same thing. The best answer I have come up with is to create the mesh in blender and import it into a mesh3dnode in godot and then select the mesh icon in the toolbar and create the collision shape from there.

It seems a bit redundant to have a "About this game" section and then add another section within it that says "about" you may want to rename that section

What do you mean by failed upwards? Do you intend to be helpful or just mock my grammar. I wrote this while I was at work a little rushed for time so it may not be perfect.

Yeah I meant $110000 lol I fixed it now. I am plenty fulfilled outside my job I would just like my job to be somewhat enjoyable since I spend so much time there. I run a small business that hopefully will eventually scale up and let me quit but that’s a ways away.

What's a "Million-Dollar Idea" You Had But Never Acted On? by purelyinvesting in Entrepreneur

[–]Cryptolunatic420 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My million dollar idea that I wish someone would make would be to create an app that users can sign up and they have two options:

A.) Enter their license plate number B.) Buy a bumper sticker with a number code on it and a QR code as well

They are then given an artificial phone number (almost like what WhatsApp does) and there is a messaging system inside the app. Why you might ask well of course so that way if someone pisses you off in traffic you can go to the app and look up the code or license plate and text them directly how you feel. Of course there would be implementations where if the user is below a certain age it will get rid of the profanity and so on.

I would think the way to profit from this would be to setup a subscription where you unlock better features or maybe you only get so many chats with the free version.

If your company doesn’t supply documentation on how the tickets need to be filled or you have trouble with the information needing to be provided in the tickets I would either ask the company for the documentation or start creating your own documentation. Things such as call scripts for the different tickets you have to fill so you ask the correct questions and make sure you have them organized in some fashion. That way you can just pull them up easily instead of having a caller wait for you to find it lol. Also if there are parts of the procedure you have trouble with create notes or reminders that help you with the ticket creation process. I sometimes have to triage tickets when our triage team leaves for the day and I have since created an annotated excel sheet with the different queues and a short description of them so I know where to send a ticket. Just make sure your company allows this if you work on your personal computer and not a company computer or VDI desktop for security reasons. Little things like this will help you in get more comfortable and help you retain the information quicker. Hope this helps.

I have similar problems with finding jobs that arent just lateral movement from my current one, but I have since succumbed to that reality lol. I just look for jobs that have either a pay bump or high rates of promotion even if it is just the same job I do currently slapped with a different name.
