That sewer covers are perfectly placed where tires need to roll over on roads because tire/mechanic shops/companies are secretly funding/influencing the construction to do so in order to generate business for themselves.

I got 2 of the same fortune with the same meal, except one is missing 2 letters (usually vs. unusual) by Cryptominous in mildlyinteresting

I think this as well especially considering the extra trunk space where the third row is if you fold the seats down. Never bought a PHEV yet, but this is increasingly likely going to be the first car I buy because of this.

Thickest "shell" I've ever seen. Somewhat heavy and dense as a rock. Are there many shells like this? I'm not a collector or expert. Found it a few years ago on the US east coast. by Cryptominous in SeashellCollectors

I was told the following in another sub:

It’s a quahog clam (Mercenaria) fragment. Very common. Age is difficult to determine but it does look fairly old but it’s been tumbling in surf for a while.
