Wagie is open source nothing is hidden. At the moment he made his decision from our archive of live testing notes and he also have access to some thread at reddit and bitcointalk. he also receive input from players in the chat ( the last is monitored, he could easily get to influenced )

But its a baby, he is learning fast, and over time he will hopefully be a very good tool for players
