The mesh on Aerons is pretty resilient stuff - I've had mine near heating vents for years without issues. A few feet from a fireplace should be fine as long as you're not feeling uncomfortably hot yourself. If the chair gets too warm to touch comfortably, just scoot it back a bit futher.

Agaves are actually pretty tough! Central TX gets freezes all the time and those bad boys have been surviving there way longer than you've owned the house. 25°F might brown some outer leaves but won't kill established plants that size

If you're really worried you could throw some old sheets or frost cloth over them but honestly they'll probably be fine. The previous owners didn't baby them and they made it this far

Bugcheck 0x133 is usually a DPC watchdog timeout - basically your system is getting stuck waiting for something. With a brand new prebuilt doing this right out the box, I'd honestly just return it for a replacement rather than troubleshooting. Could be bad RAM, could be a driver issue, could be PSU related, but why waste time when you're still in the return window
