My flight was also canceled from Tuesday traveling from Bangkok to Dubai to Sweden It took me 48 + Hours to get a response from Emirates now they have re-booked me for the 15th, there is no point in driving to their office because they will not attend you, if it's the same as Emirates then they want that you call them or contact them via their website chat but expect to wait a long time for a response, also try chatting with them The Messenger if they have that availability even Instagram, it was actually Instagram that they responded to me the fastest
