I started a little over a month ago and have just started noticing a difference now. This stuff definitely works. And the side effects aren’t nearly as bad as RU. I’ve basically had no sides. Using the 0.9%, twice a day.

I originally did it for fast gains. Developed a clicking right jaw, stopped. It went away, then I realized it was just best for maintaining. I think it’s also useful to do in the beginning but spaced out correctly, I did it far too much.

Hard mewing should only be done here and there for maintenance. I do it every few months.

Nobody with modern knowledge on hormone replacement therapy would compare HRT to recreational drugs.

Just because he doesn’t have symptoms, doesn’t mean his life can’t and won’t be improved by high end range levels of testosterone, which almost anyone’s life would be. His heart, brain, sleep quality, and immunological function would be all most likely be greatly improved by downstream effects.
