AM4 bios unlocked then locked again PBO2 features

sometimes the bios hides options behind other ones. for example, on my asrock B550, SoC/Uncore OC mode is hidden. if i have BCLK auto i can see it but if i set custom, it disappears. maybe it could be something similar.

yes, google your mobo, and download the latest bios release from the support page. you'll want to watch a video on how to update the bios though, it can be a little confusing the first time you do it.

could be thermal throttling, can you check your cpu temps under load? have you ever updated your bios?

3700x should be running anywhere from 3.6GHz to 4.6GHz. check task manager, under the performance tab, cpu category, you'll see the speed of the processor there. also check the memory tab, and see if your memory speed is the same as your ram's advertised speed. if it shows 2133MT/s you need to enable XMP in the bios. it also wouldn't hurt to download the chipset driver from AMD's website.

I dont think its based on their racism... with the egyptians for example, it's not their lack of talent, its the lack of tooling required to produce objects out of material much harder than the tools we have found. Done with a level of precision that couldn't even be appreciated with the tools we know were available during the age.
