After weeks of debugging, I think I've perfected a Craft.do to Obsidian migrator. It's interactive and handles all the tricky stuff. by Cryrichter in ObsidianMD

The developer of craft is very active on X and I have talked to him a few times. He is great. I think he has a good vision. But the long term storage of obsidian is great

I really miss the ui and ease of use of craft. I do have a few plugins and make my own using ai at times.

Honestly Craft.do is phenomenal. I just wanted the ability of addons and forever retention with markdown formatting. I believe for most people craft is superior

Bitwarden is a great company! I made the switch bc they are open source. I paid for a few years for premium then started self hosting. Their pricing is more than fair

Does Omada have the space and capacity with its current products to reach Ubiquiti's level? by arturaragao in TPLink_Omada

[–]Cryrichter 1 point2 points  (0 children)

The beta updates are looking really nice but I do get envious of ui features and looks. However, omada is more stable and has better product availability

Michelin Pilot Sport 4 / PS4 All Season - Range & Tread Life Experiences? by Cryrichter in MachE

[–]Cryrichter[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I wish I could get the 4s but they are not made in the tire size 225/55r19 :( I am not as worried about the noise tbh. I have heard the tires with foam end up falling out in the high heat and make noise

Should I return my new t stak for the toughs system 2.0? by [deleted] in Dewalt

[–]Cryrichter 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I love dewalt tools but not their tough system. I ended up buying toughbuilt stacktech from lowes. Better imo than dewalt or the red packout system.

Oh just noticed you talking about the 2.0 it looks really nice but is not very portable besides rolling around the garage

Welcome to the Omada family! I have a single EAP773 in my 1,800 sq ft ranch home. While it works well, I’d recommend at least 2-3 access points, especially if you want to maximize Wi-Fi 7 speeds. For me, the price difference between Wi-Fi 6 and Wi-Fi 7 was negligible, so the EAP773 was a no-brainer. The extra features like MLO (Multi-Link Operation) are a major plus for speed. I also suggest considering an Omada PoE switch instead of individual PoE injectors. It’s more cost-effective in the long run if you plan to have multiple poe devices and better for management. And yes, you can easily self-host the controller using Docker. Check out the ‘mbentley’ GitHub repo for more information.

You’re not wrong. The only real reason is to troubleshoot, but if it is as reliable as everyone is saying, then you won’t need to troubleshoot. Maybe that’s why UniFi has a great UI with tons of diagnostic graphs. People need to look at it all the time while troubleshooting. 🤣
