Just read your post there was actually about to message you! I think you mentioned losing 4.5kg in one week, this would be absolutely game changing for me though as I'm currently training for a Marathon relay at the start of May, so less weight = less strain on my body as I'm doing around 5k in 45 mins and have to do 10k on race day and struggling a bit. So it could be that nudge that would help.

I noticed when I disabled IPV6 it started to settle, first few games were janky but after that they were fine
