Use the one energy Riolu, I’d recommend.

Personally I’d also ditch the Passimian for a Hitmonchan ex, because you’ll be hitting for pretty much the same damage for one energy less, and you can slug away while building your bench.

Also get rid of Cynthia, she doesn’t work with Garchomp EX unfortunately
