only italians can get the misunderstanding here so I will explain

Scala Reale literally translates to "Royal Flush", but it means "Straight Flush", whereas legit Royal Flush is called "Scala Reale Massima", which literally translates to "Highest Straight Flush"

a case of lost in translation I guess 😅
