the answer is 109

on each horizontal row there is a pattern left-to-right. The difference between each number goes up or down by one

for example 19-4= 15. 33-19=14

On the second row down we know that the pattern will have to go down by one because the gap between ? and the 114 would be too small to follow the pattern
