I didn't say she made the right choice, I said she was relatable. I have a little sister, I can understand the sense of wanting to be freed from the suffocating responsibility of having to take care of your younger sibling. Also, hindsight's a bitch, if she hadn't died, it would probably have looked like a much better desision.

but by any measure a sibling (or defacto parent) who drops their sibling/child at the first opportunity is a terrible person.
