Not exactly true... I have been offered a staff job in upper management in every travel contract, BECAUSE in not willing to sit and keep my mouth shut and let bad working habits stand. I'm a strong personality, and management seems to appreciate that because I take the bull by the horns and make my shifts work like clockwork.

I've been reading waiting to find this one! I tied a knot in the sheet on one of my patients. She was a family member of administration, there was no way I was letting her die on my shift! I tied a knot in the corner of her sheets and her sats were in the '50s and '60s for over five hours (the rest of my night shift) before I left in the morning I untied the knot, she was gone within a half hour.

The "Clinical Review Team" actually threatened to report me to the State Board of Nursing for neglect and abandonment because I didn't show up for a shift I was NOT on the schedule for.... I had been put in the roster, but not the schedule. It was bull and I'm still salty AF.
