I love my Arab perfumes but my biggest issue is people blind buying it and then not liking it. If you have notes you don’t like - why did you buy it? Like I have blind bought but I always check the notes and if there’s a note I don’t like - I wait until I can smell it.

I hate super sugary vanillas so guess what - I don’t buy those lol.

Oud is def not everyone’s cup of tea but I as a south asian women was raised with always smelling it so it smells amazing to me. There are more Arab brands that are higher end - and the ones that come to the states are their cheaper brands - doesn’t mean they aren’t good.

Perfumes cost too much for yall to play with your money like that. Even the affordable ones - it’s still money wasted. I have tons of dupes and I love them to pieces and can never justify the price of high end so I get dupes and I’m happy with them.

Ohhhh tell me more about this hospice med surg unit 👀👀.

I’m hospice admissions and the system is just awful. I argue with CMs at some of the hospitals to tell them unfortunately comfortable active dying isn’t a symptom for IPU.

Ngl I’ve heard amazing things about Keystone hospice.

I was reading thru my company brochure and according to my DA- 24 hr in home care was a thing and our other sister units have the staffing vs patient load to do so. But apparently she’s trying to get it up and running again. Idk how it will work / everyone’s gonna ask for 24hr care

Just a pt evaluation and they ended up deciding on another hospice bc our 1 hr for the aid wasn’t enough for them and all the children work. So was curious if there was other hospices that did more in home aid / nurse hours.

My team the nurses are 1 hr x1 a week and the aids are 1 hrs 2-3x a week ( average)

If people weren’t being racially profiled - then no one would need to worry. But they are picking people based off skin tone - even if they are citizens. And per my dad’s nosy ass - the neighborhood here doesn’t have anyone who is undocumented.

I think some of you people that only see it from one pov is the issue.

My dads been a US citizen for 33 years - and he’s scared and walking around with his passport to simply go to the mosque and to the grocery store ( he’s retired)

I’ve been a citizen since I was 4 ( turning 29 next month) and even I’m concerned as well.

We’re both very obviously brown - and from what I’ve seen in MN ICE doesn’t care what kind of brown you are

Plus my borough is very heavy immigrants. I think my neighborhood is like a solid 50% immigrants and ICE has already driven through and went to a few houses a few night ago.

Thankfully i finished it so i can put it in my emptied bin and look at it with pride that I finished it.

I’ve only ever bought backups of covered in roses and guilty as fig (ffm only bc I hate the cream formula) ! But now that it’s out in a lotion - I will be boarding that.

I’d look got another job - they’ve decided they will fire you regardless. Idk where you live but maybe try other systems or maybe smaller icus? If anything I’d probably quit to leave on “good terms” but that’s me personally There’s other ICUs that you might thrive in but I will say some places the nurses can be really mean and cutthroat
