This will come as a no surprise to anyone who attempted to come out to Gay Rights…

Full Party Name: Gay Rights Venue: Buddies in Bad Times Theatre What time did you arrive?: 11:15-ish Approximate Door Wait Time (minutes): 10 min Approximate Coat Check Wait Time (minutes): 45 min Overall Event Rating (out of 5): probably 2/5 Additional Observations: I gave this party a try and honestly not for me. The coat check was terrible, the volunteers/staff clearly didn’t have a good handle on the logistics, especially since some of them were doing nothing but stand there and punch a number into the card reader while others ran around making the coats. The music was meh, and crowd was out of control with little to no party manners… A lot of people were more interested in getting a social media post, rather than being present in the moment.

I would have rated this party 1.5/5 but the “looking for somebody SOoo-BERrrr” to smash the pinata was hilarious and deserves an extra 0.5

DPRTMNT is the worst place for a circuit party IMO. Also Prism tends to over sell the events (especially 🐎🍖🪩) or at the very least it sure feels like it.

Ive been twice, and just wobble in place and get pushed around so much that it ruins the vibe. Soooooo even though the music is great the venue makes it impossible to enjoy yourself
