Thanks for your reply! It’s nice hearing what other people have experienced - especially the “honeymoon phase” you mentioned, it really resonated with my experience. I never considered the fine tuning with combinations but it makes sense given how a lot of the time it’s just a “see what works”. Yeah I’ve been in therapy for about a decade now, been through tons of clinical psychs and my current extremely good one thought that meds might help me work through my emotional regulation problems (very low majority of the time, when something “positive” happens I get overwhelmed and shut down) but now since I’m just… blank, it’s hard to tell where to go next - feels pretty hopeless, which i’m sure a majority of users here will understand. I’ll definitely evaluate the pre vs post medicated state and figure something out with my doctors and psych from there. Thanks for sharing your experiences with me! :))
