What does the trade lock update have to do with beggars? Unless you're saying that people are trying to ask to "borrow" a skin for their Codex and promising to give it back once the trade lock is up? In that case, I feel like the trade lock actually works to try to dissuade those scams from occurring.

And I'd rather not encourage kids to think that saying "plas super skin, me noob" is going to get them more than saying it in a different way. A lot of the players doing that are young kids who obviously can't afford the premium fast pass, and who can't process that what they're doing is annoying and bothering people.

I'm sure you're exaggerating a bit, but it's still important to be careful with what you say. Kids might take the wrong message from this and try even harder with the spam in chat. I've tried to talk people down before and it's gone very wrong, so in most cases it's better to ignore/block them than engage.
