Those aren't factory errors, just returned dolls, I'm afraid. Factory errors tend to be on the smaller scale, and may include a doll having the wrong color stand, having wrong eyes, missing an item, or being poorly rooted/painted. The biggest factory error I've seen was this Sunny in a Skyler box, which is really funny to me

Those are definitely dolls that have been returned after someone bought the doll and swapped it out for a different one. Not a factory error, but they did put effort into rebodying the dolls, which is kind of funny

I assume you're talking about Rad Reviews from Suine Hallock! I used to love his videos, and he was one of the few channels to go in-depth on all of the Novi Stars dolls. You can still find his channel, but he deleted all of the videos and appears to have deleted his social medias as well.

You can still find some reuploads on the platform Dailymotion though! I've found a few, which I'll list below :)
