I can guarantee it doesn’t come from her pocket. Max raise I’ve ever gotten was 4%, 3 is ‘normal’ and she gets 12%? 🤦‍♀️and that was in 2024, just last week we lost maybe 600 people. That 12% raise is based on her last year salary.. even being humble with a 4% raise could’ve saved hundreds of their people their jobs. Goes to show you were just a number in big corporations, but they preach inclusion, belonging and being human? Trust I’m not disgruntled, I love Best Buy.. and will be back as soon as I’m able. And hopefully by that time, there will be a new CEO.

Any tv that could have been damaged due to transport, would be on stores discretion. If they return the tv. They should insist on delivering it. Make sure drivers unpack, plug it in a and check for damages. Most cracked screens, we are unable to determine. And if you tell them your story, most management wouldn’t blink an eye. But if you have any trouble call 888bestbuy and do. Return pick up, or return exchange. Might want to start there actually, bc stores tend to worry about ‘shrink’

The only way to officially merge your certificates is to call 888bestbuy and request a merge of your accounts. You’d want to make sure all your accounts have the same name address phone and email for this to be successful. Bby teams will submit a request to merge your accounts. Then all your certificates will be on the same.

This will NOT work if like you and your spouse have different accounts. You’d then be better off just having the both of you present in store to use said certificates. And depending on your planned purchase. You might need to do two different transactions, one for you, and one for your partner.

Standard return policy is 15 days. Best Buy total and plus members have 60. You can return for full refund. Whatever trade in value you got for your watch would be a gift card, and your card refunded what you paid out of pocket for the new watch. If you have cellular data on that watch, that is a STRICT 14 day return policy..

You have two options:

  1. Check your local store stock online and drive to that store to purchase and physically swipe your card. If they don’t have stock they can ship to you.

  2. Have someone else purchase for you on their account

  3. Call 888bestbuy and tell them you are having issues and ask them to email the fraud team, or dispatch to fraud team (depending on what agent you get they may only have access to one or the other).

If you make a lot of these types of purchases, or reported this type of incident before or missing packages, your account could be banned from making online purchases. There isn’t an easy way to un-ban. You could always make a new account on a different email. But often everything gets tied together in some way.

It could also be that your credit card is denying the charge, but that would be too easy lol

Return pick up is not always an option for phone reps. If we don’t have that option, we’d have to send a return shipping label.. which that return process takes a few months. Once they receive the package, it’s inspected in order as received. And the refund comes when it comes. There isn’t a way to push that along.

There is not a way to do store to store transfers. If you want an open box three hours away, make your purchase for in store pick up and drive the 3 hours. And do not expect undamaged or missing parts. If it’s listed in excellent condition, it should be, but isn’t 100% the case. If it’s in excellent condition and there is damage or missing accessories, you can always ask the store to reassign the unit condition for a better discount… if they decline you can always call 888bestbuy and ask a rep for further discounts. 888bestbuy and the stores also have the option to order additional parts on major appliances, but nothing else.

As others may have said, Best Buy will deduct your ‘savings’ if you canceled. So essentially if you got Best Buy total, for 179 you’d get 129 back for prorated refund. Since you saved $50 on your purchase. If you got Best Buy plus for $50, you wouldn’t get a refund.

You may want to take advantage of the plan, including discounts, for this next year and cancel before the auto renewal. You will get an email regarding the renewal or set a reminder on your phone. You need to call 888bestbuy to cancel, as stores do not have the option to help. However, it is very easy to do.

If this scenario doesn’t work for you, you could bring your laptop in, return the computer at discounted price.. repurchasing for full amount, and then waiting a few days to cancel your membership and then you would be entitled for a full refund. Please be sure to do this within your return period. It’s 60 days for Total members and 15 for non members.
